Ben Riggs is formerly the Manager of Content at Kettering Health, where he led content strategy across internal and external channels, bringing a journalism-driven approach to healthcare storytelling. His work focuses on human-centered narratives and has earned recognition, including a Platinum Hermes Marketing Award. He also led the organization’s adoption of generative AI in content, developing policies and guidelines, and is an advocate for plain language and building trust through storytelling. Ben is the author of Tell Them a Story and a frequent voice on writing and content strategy. In 2025, Ben was inducted into the Healthcare Hall of Fame as the Rising Star.
