Digital Data Analyst

We are a Data Visualization, Analytics, and Digital Marketing consulting firm that does far more interesting work than the above line could ever describe. We are fortunate enough to work with a wide range of clients from startups to Fortune 500 companies to government agencies, both in our backyard and across the country.

Now, we’re looking to you to help grow our impact and partner with these amazing organizations.

In this role, you’ll work with great clients and our internal team to help our clients analyze and interpret marketing campaigns, website, sales, audience, and/or operations data. You will also work on data visualization projects to help our clients better illustrate the results of their marketing efforts, and interpret results. This is an ideal role for a professional with at least 3 years experience with data visualization tools. 

Key duties, roles, responsibilities, and skills:

  • Evaluate and prepare data for analysis and visualization tasks
  • Identify additional data sources as needed
  • Integrate data into visual dashboards and custom reports
  • Create data visualizations in tools including Microsoft Power BI, Tableau and Google Data Studio
  • Use dashboards and visualizations to identify business insights
  • Translate client KPIs into impactful visualizations and dashboards
  • Ensure timeliness and quality of client deliverables
  • Foster a collaborative, energized internal dynamic team

Qualifications:

  • Three years of data visualization experience
  • A collaborative attitude
  • A desire to learn and grow
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, IT or related major.
  • A minimum of one year experience with Google Analytics and/or Google Tag Manager
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel 
  • Proficiency with at least one of the following: Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, Google Data Studio
  • Comfortable with at least one of: Basic SQL, VBA, relational databases, Google Apps Script, R, and/or Python

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience with CRM platforms like Hubspot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Graphic design and/or web design experience
  • Experience in Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, and/or social media marketing

Digital Marketing Manager

Requirements:

Candidates must have at least three years of account management experience in the professional services industry, ideally with a data analytics or digital marketing consulting firm. Candidate must have at least one year of experience managing national accounts with annual contract values of $100,000 or more. Due to the privacy and security guidelines, this role is onsite at our Columbus office four days a week, with significant flexibility for your personal life.

  • You’ll manage accounts from kickoff, through growth, through renewal.
  • You’ll mentor other team members.
  • You’ll follow up on inbound leads and referrals.
  • You’ll actively network with prospective clients and partners.

Administrative Assistant

The Executive Administrative Assistant plays a pivotal role in keeping the Futurety family of businesses running efficiently. We operate a data analytics consulting business and marketing agency. We also own a real estate business as well.

This person will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the office and properties. This includes:

  • Maintains a relationship as the key support person to Futurety’s Executive Management Team and other team members as needed.
  • Manages and prioritizes leadership calendars; coordinates, schedules, and confirms meetings.
  • Supports financial processes and serves as a liaison to the Finance Manager.
  • General bookkeeping responsibilities.
  • Assisting with the HR department relating to health benefits, posting new roles, tracking applicants, scheduling interviews, and screening potential new hires.
  • Working with clients to provide documentation, including W9s, proof of insurance, inclusion statements, and NDAs.
  • Ensuring compliance with OSHA, MBE, and other government agencies
  • Assisting in human resources administration, including assisting with employee onboarding, coordinating employee timesheets, and other administrative tasks
  • Prepares HR templates as outlined within Futurety’s onboarding process, organizes folders, and is a second set of eyes for our Leadership team on process completion.
  • Investigate issues, gather details, summarize information, and escalate when necessary.
  • Oversees hospitality, including greeting guests, preparing conference rooms for guests, and keeping the office neat and tidy.
  • Maintaining positive tenant relationships.
  • Purchasing office supplies and food for the company.
  • Staffing the reception area.
  • Depositing bank payments.
  • Maintaining and growing our positive team culture
  • Contributing to team success by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:

  • Four or more years of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems
  • Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees
  • Expertise with Quickbooks online – 2 years or more experience.
  • Strong project management and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-changing environment
  • Approachable, optimistic, flexible, and adaptable to change
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
