- It has 30,000+ employees, including 6,000+ doctors and researchers.
- The health system operates 40+ medical centers and 250+ locations, including acute care hospitals, destination facilities for complex cancer and orthopedics and sports medicine care, behavioral health facilities, and numerous primary and urgent care centers.
THE PROBLEM
The Client’s marketing team came to us with a complex set of needs regarding data engineering and data visualization. The Futurety team partnered with the client’s data analytics unit to create processes for data mapping, data integration, and data visualization using:
- R, Python
- BigQuery
- Google Analytics
- Salesforce, and Tableau
THE SOLUTION
The Futurety team worked to create web scorecards to visualize service line and location performance over time integrating various sources, including GA4, MyChart, call tracking, and other healthcare platforms.
The Results
The dashboard lets the client track marketing tactic performance by:
- service line
- channel, funnel
- appointment requests
- form submittals
It includes a glossary documenting metric and event definitions, and a detailed property history.
