Reporting Engineer

Now, we’re looking for a Reporting Engineer to join our team and take our analytics reporting to the next level.

In this role, you’ll:

Work with both our internal team and external clients to build, manage, and automate dynamic reporting solutions that translate digital marketing performance into clear, actionable insights. This is an ideal role for a professional with 2+ years of experience in analytics, data engineering, or marketing data roles, with a passion for automation and data storytelling

Key Responsibilities and Skills:

  • Manage and maintain reporting solutions for digital marketing clients across paid media and SEO
  • Build and automate dashboards using Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
  • Use Python, R, and/or SQL to manipulate and transform marketing data from multiple sources
  • Integrate campaign data from Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms via APIs or cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery)
  • Use large language models (LLMs) to generate insights, commentary, and summaries for reports
  • Ensure all reports are timely, accurate, and aligned with client KPIs
  • Collaborate closely with strategists and marketers to understand reporting needs and evolve solutions over time
  • Continuously look for opportunities to automate, optimize, and scale reporting processes
  • Support our collaborative, energized internal team dynamic

Qualifications:

  • A kind, collaborative attitude
  • A desire to learn and grow—whether it’s a new BI tool, marketing platform, or AI technique
  • 2+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, or data engineering, ideally in a marketing environment
  • Working knowledge of Python, R, and/or SQL for data processing and automation
  • Experience using Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and common marketing metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.)
  • Experience with Google BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouses
  • Experience using LLMs or generative AI tools to support reporting or insight generation
  • Detail oriented, rigorous, and thorough; focused on getting every data point right

Bonus Points For:

  • Working knowledge/ experience with digital media buys (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
  • Experience working in an agency or consulting setting
  • Experience with version control (Git) and/or cloud functions
  • Familiarity with GA4, SEO tools, or tag management platforms
  • Creative problem-solver with a strong sense of data visualization best practices
